In the early 2000s, the Dmitrovsky Dairy Plant presented a new product to consumers - cream cheeses in milk glaze. Various types of curd mass were also very popular. A few years ago, the Dmitrovsky Dairy Plant purchased the necessary equipment and began the production of acidophilus, a specialized dairy product obtained using special lactic acid bacteria.
