The trader's workplace should be organized taking into account the following requirements:
- the room should be well lit and insulated with a comfortable temperature. It must be borne in mind that for successful work, an environment must be created in which there would be no distractions (for example, the presence of strangers);
- a comfortable computer rack with a table or a computer table is used as equipment, which should have light sources correctly located;
- as a chair, you can use the usual office version, however, the best option is an anatomical chair, the height of which should correspond to the location of the monitor at eye level, and the hands should be in the formperpendicular to the shoulders (so that the fingers and hands do not get tired);
- as for the monitor, the principle of maximalism should work here (the larger the diagonal, the better);
- and, of course, an additional power supply must be connected with the possibility of switching to work using an uninterruptible power supply.
The workplace will be considered properly organized if the physiology of labor is observed. To do this, you need to get up from your chair quite often (at least once every two hours) and do a certain set of physical exercises that will help activate blood circulation and muscles.
