- Versatility. Each project has its own characteristics and nuances, so experts recommend creating several groups of employees in the company. Some will carry out projects according to universal quality requirements, while the other group will customize this project to the personal requirements of the customer.
- Qualification. Employees must develop. After all, the more experienced the employee, the higher the level of performance discipline, andrespectively, and the profit of the company.
Is performance discipline necessary?
Executive discipline is the timely and high-quality fulfillment of the task set by the management. Considering labor discipline as the only option for the formation of relations in the workforce, many lose sight of the category of performance discipline.
