Vidnoye Park has three floors in total. One floor is completely given over to the shopping area, and the other two are occupied by underground parking for 1140 places. There is surface parking - it is located in front of the Leroy Merlin building under construction within the Vidnoe Park shopping center, it has 814 parking spaces.

Management companyThe shopping center is "Vanchugov and Partners". This company differs from many on the market in its concept. It consists in the complete management of commercial real estate - from the very beginning of construction to the integrated management of an already completed building.

Shops

The first store that was opened as part of the Vidnoye Park shopping center was the Lenta hypermarket in December 2017. It is open to its visitors 24/7. The rest of the stores, which are supposed to be located on the remaining retail space, have not yet opened.

The approximate opening date of the shopping complex is the first quarter of 2018. Then the Leroy Merlin hypermarket of home and garden goods will become the main tenant of the area. It will occupy an area of more than 40,000 square meters, and will also become the largest of the entire network of these stores. The rest of the area will be occupied by the Eldorado and Detsky Mir stores, which will have an area of more than a thousand square meters, and other stores. Exact data on the other tenants, in addition to these, is not yet available before the opening of the Vidnoye Park shopping center.

Cafes and restaurants

One of the catering establishments that will open on the territory of the newly built shopping center will be Burger King. A feature of this fast food restaurant will be a large area, as well as the "food on wheels" option - drivers will have the opportunity to drive up to a special window on a personal vehicle and makeorder.

Also, the traditional fast food restaurant "Kroshka Potato", known for its speci alties throughout the country, will open in the shopping center.

Entertainment

At the moment, there is no specific information about the entertainment that may be presented in the new shopping center "Vidnoe Park". Now it is only known that the shopping center will have a Detsky Mir store, a visit to which will definitely bring pleasure to the smallest visitors.

Vidnoe Park shopping center: how to get there

There is a shopping center 300 meters from the Moscow Ring Road. The shopping center is located in the city of Vidnoye, Moscow Region, at 20 Staro-Nagornaya Street.

It will not be difficult to get to the new shopping complex from Moscow and the Moscow region, both by public and private transport.

As such, there is currently no public transport stop near Vidnoye Park, and the entrance close to the shopping center can only be made by private transport through Staro-Nagornaya Street or through the BP gas station along M4 Don.

The nearest bus stop is the Leninsky State Farm, where many buses stop, for example, No. 1017, 1020, 1020K, 1040, 1042, 1039.

Results

The shopping center "Vidnoye Park" according to the original plan was supposed to be built in 2016, however, for several reasons, the construction is significantlydragged on, and the mall was never opened until 2018.

The shopping center will be divided into two large parts - the first will house the Lenta hypermarket, the Decathlon goods store, the L'Etoile cosmetics store, the Detsky Mir children's goods chain store, and others. the second part will host a home goods store "Leroy Merlin".

Earlier, in 2015, this shopping center was named "Retail Park Vidnoe". It was planned that it would have construction and sports stores, a grocery hypermarket. Commissioning was scheduled for 2016. It was supposed that there would be 2 floors of a boutique zone, as well as a car center and restaurants, but in the end the developer settled on only one floor of the building.

Shopping center "Vidnoye Park", presumably, will become one of the largest shopping centers in the city of Vidnoye. Its main features will be:

1. Transport accessibility - 300 meters from the Moscow Ring Road, as well as 20 minutes drive from the nearest Moscow metro station.
2. For tenants, the opportunity to cover the interests of many buyers, as the shopping complex is located near large residential areas.
