In the field of office real estate, as in other areas of activity, there are basic laws and principles. They contribute to more productive cooperation between re altors and brokers with their clients. This is especially important when making transactions for the purchase and sale, renting or renting premises. The introduced classes of offices greatly simplify the interaction between brokers and re altors.

General information

In order to avoid all kinds of confusion and to eliminate the need for additional clarifications that take a long time, there is a generally accepted division. Classes of offices (there are 4 in total) have their own characteristics. The system according to which categories of commercial premises are distinguished came to Russia from foreign countries. Nevertheless, the office market has its own subtleties. Therefore, buildings are divided into certain categories. Within each group there is a more specific division into classes of offices. We will consider them in more detail later in the article.

Class A office

Often, offices of this category are located in the central administrative districts or in close proximity to them. Economy Office

Objects of this type mostly have a negative reputation. Most often they are Soviet-built structures erected more than 15 years ago. Needs a complete refurbishment and overhaul. Such buildings have different locations and can be far removed from the transport system.
