The MPO-50 machine is capable of working with many types of cultivated plants, and in production it is more often used for processing:

The equipment can be used as part of a set of tools, a mechanized conveyor line of a stationary type PRK-50. The main purpose is to remove foreign products, weed pollutants from the grain heap, which comes directly from the fields.

The action of the grain pre-cleaner station is based on shaking, screening and removing small contaminants by air draft.

The main elements of the MPO-50 apparatus are:

8. Contaminant screw.

Operation principle

Processing grain heap begins with its receipt in the distribution auger. Here, the product is evenly distributed over the entire width of the moving mesh conveyor, which is assisted by a shaker. Seeds pass through the grate along with fine contaminants, and large litter is carried away from the machine in a separate stream.

The mass purified in MPO-50 from large pollutants enters thesuction channel, where the fan, pumping air pressure, selects small particles and sends them to the settling chamber. The grain is not carried away by air currents, but flows by gravity into the next machine of the stationary line.

To adjust the cleaning process, adjust the throttle valve that controls the pneumatic pressure blown by the fan, and also install a mesh conveyor with different mesh diameters. The smaller the honeycomb, the better the processing is.

The MPO-50 grain pre-cleaning machine has proven itself well in combination with ZVS-20 primary cleaning stations or BIS-100 units. Together they are used both in the complete cleaning cycle of cereals and before drying them for storage.
