This residential complex will include 15-, 21-storey brick-frame buildings with a developed infrastructure. In 2014, the prices for 2-, 3-room mansions in Yugo-Zapadny ranged from 7.4 to 9.2 million rubles.
The third line of the rating belongs to the developer "Augur Estate", which is building two large-scale facilities in the territory of the village of Kommunarka - the residential complex "Moscow A 101" and the residential complex "Green Line". The total area of these projects will be more than 570,000 square meters. In the "Green Line" 10 monolith-brick houses of variable number of storeys will be built, located along the oak grove. Last year, 1-, 3-room apartments were sold here at a price of 3.8 - 7.4 million rubles.
The rating is closed by the PIK construction company, which is engaged in the construction of housing near the Yuzhnoye Butovo district. The Buninsky residential complex will appear here, with an area of 1.05 million square meters.
