Some of the company's employees are dissatisfied with working conditions and accommodation, waiting for a better option. Many lived in a one-room apartment in the company of fifteen colleagues, but others were "lucky" to be with the same number of workers in a dormitory room. Naturally, such conditions affect the mood and performance of people. In addition, among the foremen there were frank boors and those who abused alcohol. They make nightly brawls and constantly humiliate their subordinates.
To be fair, it should be said that complaints against such foremen were de alt with quite quickly. Some of the company's management removed from the watch and sent new people who knew how and wanted to work. Therefore, they quickly adjusted life and solved all housing issues. Thus, the situation was corrected and the working mood of the whole team was restored.
In some cases, the food of the employees also became a problem. At the conclusion of the contract, each applicant is promised a full free meal. But already on the watch, it turns out that food is provided only once a day, and besides, its cost is calculated from the total salary.
Keep in mind that Excelsior's management charges employees the cost of travel to and from work. Always clarify this point before entering into a contract.
"Excelsior": salary
In terms of wages, some employees of the company spoke extremely negatively. The fact is that many reviews indicate that the company's management promises timely payments of earned money, which will be made in full after returning from shift. But the reality is not so rosy - more than half of the employees (judging by the reviews) received only part of their money. Another twenty percent were left without wages at all, and only about twenty-five to thirty percent of the company's employees said they received money without problems, but minus food, the cost of delivery to the place of work and the sanitary book.
By the way, it was the last moment that the deceived workers were most dissatisfied with. When choosing a jobthe management of the organization often clarifies that applicants do not need to draw up a sanitary book. In fact, it is drawn up initially at the expense of the company, and then the amount spent is calculated from the employee. In some cases, it reaches twelve thousand rubles.
However, for all the negative reviews about the work, the company's management has its own weighty arguments. It claims that those who really work always receive the money they earn in full. But loafers and people who abuse alcohol, who skip their shifts, are rightfully left without most of their wages.
Applying for a job
At the interview, each applicant is told about official employment. Even those who plan to find a part-time job in Excelsior for several months have the opportunity to get an entry in the work book and a white salary.
Pen alties
I would especially like to talk about the system of fines adopted in the company. Interestingly, most of the reviews noted that when signing the contract, the need to work out the full forty-five days is emphasized. Otherwise, employees will be subject to financial pen alties.
For example, if you fall ill and cannot perform your duties, you will be penalized in the form of deducting a certain amount from your salary. Of course, this does not seem fair to everyone, but do not forget that you are going on watch. Therefore, no one else can replace you, which meansit is worth counting your physical and moral strength.

Of course, on the Internet, the company and its activities are sometimes described in diametrically opposed colors. Some say that they are very satisfied with the work and have already gone on several shifts with a break of a month.
