When writing a resume, you can write down the most common good qualities of a person that will be useful to any employee. These are initiative, honesty, diligence, absence of bad habits, resistance to stress.

A resume can be written just fine, it can list the best qualities of a person that the applicant possesses. However, it should be remembered that the employer usually makes the final decision after the interview. And here it is very important to justify all the personality traits declared in this document so as not to look like a not entirely honest person.

Since the first impression is known to be the most important, it is necessary to seriously prepare forinterview. First, you should pay attention to the appearance. Clothing should be clean and tidy, it is better to adhere to a business style. Hairstyle also plays an important role. The more open the face, the more confidence a person inspires in himself. Secondly, it is necessary to think over in advance the answers to possible questions.

And, of course, a sincere and friendly smile will complete your image and leave no other options for the employer to accept you for the desired position.
