Warehouse activities are somewhat labor intensive. This is explained by the fact that loading / unloading of various goods requires certain physical efforts from workers. Fortunately, today there is special equipment designed to facilitate and speed up the process of processing goods. One of these units, designed to optimize warehouse operations, is a hydraulic trolley (rokla), which we will talk about in this article. All its features and parameters will be considered.

Definition

Rokla hydraulic - a specialized device that is designed to transport items, mostly on pallets. In addition to a hydraulic machine of this kind, there are also self-propelled models.

Historical background

Rokla hydraulic got its name in our country thanks to the Finnish company Rocla. It was this company that in the 1960s began to import its cars to the USSR. It cannot be said that the Finnish manufacturer was the only one of its kind. Bulgarian manufacturers also supplied similar equipment to the Soviet Union, which, unfortunately, over time beganproduce poor quality cars. At the same time, the Finns did not lose face and continued to produce their carts at a high level. Today, Rocla products are warehouse equipment characterized by reliability, quality and optimal cost.

Purpose

Nowadays, a hydraulic rokla trolley (rokhlya) is used almost everywhere where there is a need to unload or load goods as quickly and easily as possible. It can be either a large hypermarket, or a very small store, a huge warehouse or a small storage room. The undoubted and indisputable advantage of any hydraulic trolley is its simplicity, one might even say, the primitiveness of operation. Maintenance personnel do not need to have special skills and knowledge in order to use this highly efficient machine. Also, the advantage of rokli is that it allows you to significantly increase labor productivity and significantly reduce the workload of workers.

Device

The hydraulic trolley is a very simple unit from a technical point of view, which consists of:

• From the handle.
• Control lever.
• Hydraulic unit.
• Lifting forks.
• Support wheels.
• Reels.

Management of the trolley comes down to the fact that it should be brought under the pallet with the goods and worked several times with the handle. The machine will lift the load and move it with ease.

Hydraulic pallets up to 2 tons have a relatively low cost. The high productivity of the trolley is combined with the reliability of all its components. It is also very convenient that such a rokla can be operated without problems not only in a warehouse, but also on the street.

Models with weights

Hydraulic shovel with scales makes it possible to measure the weight of the transported cargo immediately after it is placed on the trolley. Using it allows you to abandon the use of other weighing devices. The scales on the cart are located above its hydraulic unit, and the sensor is mounted directly into the forks. The measurement error is in the range from 500 grams to 1 kilogram. The received data is displayed on a special display. The scales themselves are powered by either a battery or batteries. Very often, scales have the function of automatic zeroing and storing the measurements taken.

Scissoroption

Scissor rokla are more likely to lift items than to transport them. Structurally, such a trolley is more like a lifting table, which has the ability to adjust the height. Such equipment has the function of both electronic and manual lifting options, and is also equipped with a brake system. It is extremely important to use such rokla on a flat underlying surface in order to exclude the possibility of their tipping over at the time of work. The lifting height of this trolley is about 800 millimeters, and the load capacity is within one ton.

Titans

High-capacity pallet trucks are able to carry loads up to five tons. The degree of protection of the hydraulic equipment of such a trolley is at a very high level, which guarantees its trouble-free operation. In addition, this type of trolley is characterized by wear resistance and excellent maneuverability even when fully loaded.

Compact version

Hydraulic shovel with short forks is valued for its compactness and small size. Such a trolley can be stored without problems even in the back of a car. The rokhlya is capable of working in a very narrow space between the racks. But the most important thing is that short forks do not affect the lifting capacity of the machine in any way. The buyer can always order a roklu of this design of any carrying capacity.

Long Fork Option

Rokla, equipped with long forks, provides the ability to transport bulky goods across the warehouse. Using such a unit, you can lift objects that are on pallets or pallets without any problems. The forks can be up to two meters long, which, in turn, allows you to transport a couple of pallets at once. At its cost, this trolley is a product related to the equipment of the middle price segment.

Low Profile

These pallet trucks are ideal for transporting so-called Euro pallets. In addition, such rokley can also serve American pallets. The forks in these carts rise above the floor at a height of only 35 mm, while the maximum lift is 200 mm.

Wide forks

Rohls with widely spaced forks serve for intensive use. Such trolleys are able to serve non-standard, oversized items and goods with non-standard packaging. The body and chassis of the rokley are made of a particularly durable material, which guarantees the safety of the planned work. Distance between forks can be 850mm.

Special rolls

This trolley has three main varieties:

• Made of stainless steel grade.
• For transporting rolls.
• With increased agility.

Stainless steel carts are used where there isaggressive environment: high humidity, acids, alkalis, s alts. Models for transporting rolls have forks with a triangular section. Highly manoeuvrable machines are equipped with lateral rollers, allowing the cart to pass sideways between obstacles.

Hydraulic rockers, the price of which, depending on the design features, will be at least 10,000 rubles, have proven themselves in practice and optimally combine quality, reliability and durability.
