Today Polygraphoformlenie works with large customers, including many well-known brands such as B altika, Orimi Trade, Wrigley’s, Nestle, Dirol, as well as JTI and BAT.
Unhwa Biotechnology
Maxim Yakovlev has been fond of the culture of the East for many years, and thanks to this passion, he was able to establish business contacts in Asia. Since 2010, Yakovlev has been head of the European headquarters of the South Korean biotechnology corporation Unhwa, which is called Unhwa Europe LLC and is based in St. Petersburg.
South Korean biotechnology corporation is developing a technology for isolating plant stem cells (Cambial meristematic cells) to obtain active biological substances from them for the creation of medicinal andpreventive drugs, as well as natural cosmetics.
Experts from academic and educational institutions such as The Rockefeller University, Harvard Medecal School, and The University of Maryland for Integrative Medicine confirm that this technology is a major advance over traditional plant cell culture technologies for production of natural products, which previously faced the problem of mass production of biologically active substances from cultured plant cells.
