In the Russian economy, an important role is played by large industrial enterprises involved in the extraction and processing of valuable resources for their further sale at a premium cost.

Traditionally, the fields of activity of such enterprises are the oil and gas sector, the mining industry and, of course, the timber industry. This article was written about a large company that is working with the extraction of valuable forest species in our country. We are talking about the company "Kraslesinvest", reviews of employees about which we will give here. The largest investment project

It all started with the fact that back in 2006, the administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory decided to hold a tender for the development of a large area of forests in the area of the Boguchanskaya HPP with further development of the resulting territory with an industrial complex. As planned, it will include an aluminum plant, a sawmill, and later other industrial facilities. In order to objectively identify an investment fund that would be engaged in such a large-scale and at the same time promising project, a tender competition was held in St. Petersburg. The company had to organize an enterprise that would carry out all the tasks set and at the same time operate on the investment basis of VEB. This is how CJSC Kraslesinvest was formed. Media reports indicated that the first years of the project would be spent on organizing a sawmill base, after which the company should start operations in 2014.

Logging company

So it happened. By the end of last summer, as planned, work was underway to build infrastructure to accommodate workers in the construction area. In particular, as noted on the Kraslesinvest website (reviews from employees on the websites confirm this), mass construction of roads to the place where the construction of the industrial complex was organized, as well as the construction of places for housing, began. As they say on the website, in total, more than 200 kilometers of roads were laid in the forests for the removal of wood and the delivery of equipment. For the residence of workers, 3 full-fledged hotel complexes were created; 7 more will have to be created in the future. All the necessary equipment and specialists were delivered to the place of work. In the summer - early autumn of 2014, Kraslesinvest, a CJSC, fully covered by media resources, was launched, created on the basis of investment capital in the amount of 34 billion rubles (at that time 16 billion had already been invested).

Great prospects

Naturally, with such investments, the project promises to be very profitable and promising. As noted inAccording to the official plans published, again, on the company's website, the company must cut and sell wood in the amount of 4.1 million cubic meters per year. And all this is due to modern equipment, well-established logistics and, of course, rich reserves that the Krasnoyarsk Territory can boast of.

Another plus is that Kraslesinvest CJSC (Krasnoyarsk) reviews predicted to grow into a larger company due to the start of work on other construction projects in the future - in particular, to start the construction of the same aluminum plant, work on infrastructure facilities in the area of the Boguchanskaya HPP and in other ways to continue its development. Construction and launch of the project

When the actual start of work took place, everyone assumed so: Kraslesinvest, the reviews predicted, would become the most successful company in the region, providing a huge number of jobs; bring the region's economy to a new level; will create a new industrial park, which will also become an important object of the economy even for the federal level. And everything, in principle, led to this - the housing of the first 400 employees was equipped. Some of them are logging workers, another part are managers and project managers, timber sales specialists. Together, it was supposed to be a team that would bring Kraslesinvest (reviews about it will be given later) to a new level. But no one had plans for economic difficulties that suddenly fell on the enterprise.

In the media already at the beginning of 2015, there were reports that salaries were delayed at the enterprise, workers were dissatisfied, and activities (as reported by reviews of Kraslesinvest) had ceased. Unfortunately, there was no doubt about the veracity of these reports, since the management itself soon confirmed them, citing the lack of investment payments from VEB. In turn, representatives of Vnesheconombank noted problems with the decision to be made by the special committee responsible for allocating funds. Against the backdrop of these problems, of course, reviews of Kraslesinvest CJSC, as you might guess, will not be the best. However, we will try to characterize the enterprise in terms of its structure and vacancies in general, bypassing the topic of lack of funds.

So, as noted above, the company has an office (it is located in the city of Krasnoyarsk) and a working wing - employees directly employed in production. They are located in Boguchany.

After reading more than one review about the employing company CJSC "Kraslesinvest", we can conclude: sometimes there is a misunderstanding between the "coordination center" (the office where sales are organized) and the directly executing body - the production wing of the company. Therefore, there is also a management (management) of the enterprise. Its task is to organize the work process, both for ordinary workers and for managers,most efficiently and coherently. Boguchany is a northern village located in the forests. Due to this, it is not worth counting on the fact that it will be easy to work here (if we are talking about workers, and not sales managers in the office). Everyone understands that this work is directly related to physical strength, the dangers that such work is fraught with. At the same time, the work itself is not dusty: it is necessary to have communication skills, be an active, sociable person; understand the specifics of trade relations related to logging and timber sales.

As for labor directly in production, here the payment is proportional to the complexity of the conditions in which a person works. The starting salary here is (according to reviews) about 35-40 thousand rubles with full food and housing provision, as well as taking into account the provision of vacation and various social guarantees. Due to this, we can confidently call such work interesting for many applicants. In the future, the fee only grows.

Problem with leadership

The question of feedback about the company's leaders can be devoted toa separate point: employees see them as almost the main problem of Kraslesinvest. Trifonov (reviews about him, as you might guess, are not the best) is a new member of the Board of Directors of CJSC, who was appointed in early 2015. This is a young manager who came to the company ostensibly to help with financial difficulties that led to salary arrears. And after a few months, the employees spoke negatively about him: he is a deceiver, he promised "mountains of gold" and did nothing, framed the team.

Another example is commercial director Iskhakov. Reviews note that he also cannot be called competent in his field: a person does not have information about the products manufactured by his enterprise, not to mention any skills to sell them, negotiate with potential buyers, and attract investors.

Another key person is CEO Kharisov. Reviews indicate that this person uses incorrect, ineffective management techniques, such as excessive pressure on "undesirable" employees and all sorts of encouragement for those who are in his "team". Some reviews note that Kharisov “survived” some valuable personnel from the enterprise, replacing them with his acquaintances or close people, in order to make it easier to manage the enterprise. At the same time, the final quality of work, of course, falls.

Difficult financial situation

In parallel with all this, one cannot fail to mention the lack of salaries. Yes, the company is clearly going through quite difficult times, this is obvious even to those who follow the situation onlymedia reports. Since large funds from the Investment Fund of Russia have already been invested, no one will close Kraslesinvest, and there is no point in worrying about this for employees. However, there is nothing to rejoice about: further financing is not expected, and Vnesheconombank also has problems with the profit from the activities of the CJSC: they testify that it does not exist. But there are reports of employees, according to which the harvested timber is periodically taken out of the territory of the complex in an unknown direction - and these facts are repeatedly evidenced.

As some publishing houses reported back in the winter of 2015, the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory began checks on the fact of non-payment of wages in order to identify their causes and punish the perpetrators. However, how much they helped and whether violations were actually found related to the sale of timber “to the side”, which the workers themselves have repeatedly noted, is still unknown. Also, the investment council does not know how soon the bank will continue lending and start allocating further funds for the Krasnoyarsk industrial complex.

Another infraction related to the company's predicament, which is mentioned in many reviews, is the attempts of the authorities to force employees to take unpaid leave. The motives for this are obvious: the fewer people are currently involved in the work, the slower the employer's debt to the staff increases. However, this strategy of “savings” by the management is also doubtful: the workers also need something to feed their families. Having gone on such a vacation, they actually temporarily lose their jobs and hopethat they will ever be compensated.

Positives

Kraslesinvest CJSC is certainly a large, promising and interesting project that could grow into a large industrial and construction holding. The company could (and, in principle, still can - in the future) provide thousands of jobs to residents of nearby regions, which saved many families from a deplorable financial situation. This would not only raise the economic potential of the region, but also the standard of living of ordinary citizens, which is also very important.

Several factors contributed to this. These are: lending to one of the largest domestic banks; huge economic potential hidden in huge deposits of forest species; the possibility of further development of the region, the construction of new enterprises that could develop in a separate way. Stability, excellent working conditions, career growth and the opportunity to receive high wages - all these are the undoubted advantages of the company, if it does not have problems with funds, as it is now.

Flaws

The negative features of Kraslesinvest (again, in addition to non-payment of salaries and frozen investment) include, perhaps, the lack of competence of individuals in leadership positions. Reading the comments, you can see: the majority of employees point out the shortcomings of specific individuals. It is impossible to attribute this to some kind of personal misunderstanding or bias: these names are mentioned by dozens of people. Maybe,investors should study these persons more carefully, conduct additional selection and take such appointments more responsibly.
