As a rule, all residential complexes in the suburbs and on the outskirts of megacities are similar to each other. SK is constantly expanding the scope of its interests in the real estate market, in addition, it builds all its facilities at its own expense, whichit, according to management, is enough to realize any conceived project.
However, the very fact of the early commissioning of two Mandarin buildings is quite eloquent evidence of the conscientiousness and diligence of the UK specialists.
Environmental situation
In terms of ecology, Nizino is considered to be practically the cleanest region of the Leningrad Region. There is not a single, not only large, but even a small industrial enterprise here. Which, however, is not surprising, given that the residential complex "Mandarin" is adjacent to the palace and park ensemble of world significance - Peterhof. The latter includes the huge Lugovoy Park, on the territory of which there are nine beautiful lakes. The coast of the Gulf of Finland is also nearby.
However, you can not talk for a very long time about the ecology of the territory, which is under the protection of UNESCO. Everything is clear and without further ado.
Infrastructure
In simple terms, the territory on which the residential complex is located is an ordinary province. And to count on the fact that here you can find a lot of entertainment venues and a myriad of supermarkets would be at least unreasonable. But everything you need can be found in Nizino.
So, in the village there is a clinic, a pharmacy, several shops, a branch of Sberbank, a school and a kindergarten. Transportation
Almost next to the complex there is a bus station from which minibuses and buses depart regularly to Peterhof and St. Petersburg. The first one can be reached in ten minutes, and it will take 40 minutes to get to the nearest metro stations - Leninsky Prospekt, Avtovo, Veteranov Prospekt.
In addition, Nizino has a railway station through which electric trains arrive arriving at the B altic Station. As for motorists, they have at their disposal a very convenient exit to the roundabout located seven kilometers away.

There is a large kitchen, a spacious L-shaped entrance hall with a four “square” niche equipped for a dressing room, a separate bathroom. There is a glazed balcony. There are 4 types of studios. The bathrooms in them are combined, the hallways are not separated from the main room by a wall, but there is an insulated balcony that can be easily adapted foroffice.
As for the "odnushki", three layout options are offered. All types of apartments provide access to the balcony through the kitchen, which, by the way, is quite spacious (from 10 to 14 sq. M), in the hallway there is a niche for a dressing room or a spacious closet. Bathrooms are shared only. Ceiling height - 2 m 70 cm.
Finish
All apartments are rented without finishing. The developer installs double-glazed windows, mounts and connects all engineering communications, equips the entrance doorway with a metal door. There is a screed on the floor. In addition, today there is a promotion under which, when buying an apartment in houses of the second stage, you can get a fine finish as a gift.
This means that the apartment will be handed over "turnkey" - with interior doors installed, painted ceilings, wallpaper on the walls, tiles in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as all necessary plumbing equipment.

Today, in the Mandarin residential complex (St. Petersburg), a studio with an area of 24-25 square meters can be purchased for one and a half million rubles, for a one-room apartment (from 38 to 46 square meters) you will have to pay from half million. Nevertheless, the commissioning of the facility ahead of schedule not only confirmed the reputation of the company, but also “wiped its nose” to all those who did not believe in its strength. That is, today everyone is absolutely calm and even waiting for the early commissioning of houses of the second stage. People who have already purchased apartments in the Mandarin residential complex have no claims against the developer. On the contrary, everyone only emphasizes the quality of the work performed. The owners of the apartments like that they have really smooth walls, well-conducted electrical wiring, everything emphasizes the good quality and attractive appearance of metal entrance doors.
As for the location, the fact of having your own housing in the immediate vicinity of the royal palaces cannot cause anything other than admiration. Yes, there are those who are dissatisfied with the fact that the metro is far away and there are no large supermarkets nearby, but no one hid this. In addition, in St. Petersburg itself, shopping and entertainment centers and metro stations are also not located in front of the entrance to each entrance. So it is, by and large, nit-picking. Especially considering that it takes ten minutes to get to the Raketa shopping center by car.
