• Increase the cost of transportation, depending on the additional costs.
• Increase the cost of transportation if his costs have increased.
• Require senders to provide shipping documentation.
• Use invoices and other documentation as evidence of shipping rights.
• Ask for reimbursement of expenses from the recipient if during the transportation of goods he had to spend his own funds.

IfIf the consignee violates the subject matter of the contract, the charterer may retain the cargo or even sell it at auction.

The responsibility of the charterer does not provide for the payment of various costs associated with the movement of transport. All rights and obligations must be observed strictly from the moment the contract is concluded and until the transfer of the goods to the recipient.

Transportation of light luggage and people

A taxi driver is a person who transports people as well as light luggage. This action can be performed on the basis of both an oral agreement and a written one.

All rules related to the carriage of baggage are set by the charterer. The recipient is obliged to carefully read them and sign the agreement. Minor adjustments may be made by agreement of the two parties.

Depending on the situation, the charterer may also refuse to carry luggage. For example, if the package in which the baggage will be located does not meet safety requirements; if there is a direct risk of damage to baggage during transportation; if the luggage does not belong to the transportation by car at all. In this case, the customer and the contractor must come to one common decision or terminate the contract.

Payment for the use of the vehicle occurs officially. The charterer must present to the charterer a check or other document confirming the transfer of funds.

There are also some baggage requirements:

• Luggage must be of such a size thatit freely passed through doorways or fit in the trunk.
• Luggage must be tightly packed to prevent damage during transit.
• No prohibited, flammable or toxic baggage allowed.

The charterer is also obliged to make a photocopy of the driver's card, which shows his photograph. There should also be signs on the windshield of the car, which should indicate where the car should go next.

Transportation of luggage, cargo or people is a very important and responsible procedure. Human life, the integrity of the luggage and the vehicle depend on it. Therefore, the charterer must be especially responsible for his work and not allow violations.
